Annual Gifts
Your participation counts. Between July 1, 2000 and March 31, 2007, there have been 374,821 donations between $1 and $500. These gifts total a remarkable $24,149,487! Thanks to each and every one of you who have chosen to make a gift. Annual gifts can be designated for current use – to be used where the money is needed most, for example, a specific college's discretionary fund. Or, you can choose to support an endowment fund where your gift will be invested and will provide a return to the university in perpetuity. Every gift shows that you care enough to support the University of Washington's programs. You can make your annual gift in the following ways:
What counts as an annual gift? Annual Giving at the UW includes annually renewable gifts to any UW campus, school, college, or program. Gifts to endowment funds and capital projects can also be counted as your annual gift. Matching Gifts Does your company participate in an employee matching gifts program? Some employers even match retirees. You could double or even triple your gift to the University of Washington. Simply click here to see if your company is a matching gift company.
