The UW Foundation proudly recognizes contributors and volunteers at the following levels:

Laureates have lifetime giving totaling $1,000,000
and above.

Benefactors
have lifetime giving totaling $100,000-$999,999.

Henry Suzzallo Society honors those who have made estate gifts to the UW.

President’s Club
members have made annual gifts to the UW of $2,000 and above.

President’s Club Young Leaders recognize alumni and friends age 35 and under.
Dean’s Club are alumni and friends who contribute to a specific school or college.

Gates Volunteer Service Award annually honors alumni/friends who demonstrate extraordinary dedication to the UW through volunteerism.

UW Annual Recognition Awards annually honor outstanding teachers, staff, and mentors engaged in public service and diversity efforts. Awards are also given to UW students, alumni and friends who have distinguished themselves.

The Foundation is grateful for the generosity and commitment of all UW alumni and friends that support the people and programs of the University of Washington.

Christopher Murray Largest gift to UW creates new health research center
The University of Washington has made another leap forward in its global health efforts with the recruitment of Dr. Christopher Murray, formerly of Harvard, to direct a new center that will monitor and evaluate international health-care projects.

    Josef “Joe” Diamond (’29, ’31) grew a small family company, Diamond Parking, into an empire with more than 1,000 garages and lots in the western United States. What was less widely known about Diamond, who died this past March, was that his first love was the law.
