Nomination Info

The award will be given to individuals who reflect the following criteria:

• A long-term commitment to the UW, with emphasis on direct involvement as demonstrated through volunteer time, service, and philanthropy.
• Volunteer efforts that have encouraged others to support the University of Washington through time, service and philanthropy.

The UW Foundation Board's Award & Recognition Committee reviews all nominations and selects the recipient. The award is presented at the University of Washington’s Annual Recognition Gala.

Nominations may be made by completing the nomination form and submitting it to the mailing address or fax number listed below.
